Common use of Project Executing Agency Clause in Contracts

Project Executing Agency. The Borrower shall cause VEC to be the Project Executing Agency for carrying out the Project including recruiting and managing the consultants engaged for the Project, withdrawal of Loan proceeds, and reporting to ADB.

Project Executing Agency. The Borrower VEC shall cause VEC to be the Project Executing Agency and shall be responsible for carrying out awarding all consulting services and Works contracts. VEC shall have overall responsibility for project implementation and formal correspondence with the Project including recruiting and managing the consultants engaged for the Projectline ministries, withdrawal of Loan proceedsprovincial authorities, and reporting ADB. ▇▇▇ shall delegate responsibility for day-to-day project implementation to ADBthe SEPMU, headed by a Director.
