Project Execution Generally. The Recipient shall ensure that: (a) the project described in the Grant Agreement (“Project) is carried out: (i) with due diligence and efficiency; (ii) in conformity with appropriate administrative, technical, financial, economic, environmental and social standards and practices; and (iii) in accordance with the provisions of the Grant Agreement and these Standard Conditions; and (b) the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project shall be provided promptly as needed.
Project Execution Generally. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of: (a) Article II of the Standard Conditions; (b) the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006 (“Anti-Corruption Guidelines”), with the modifications set forth in Section II of the Appendix to this Agreement; and (c) this Article II”.
Project Execution Generally. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project and the Program. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its respective part of Part B of the Project with due diligence and efficiency, and in conformity with appropriate administrative, technical, financial, economic, environmental and social standards and practices. The Project Implementing Entity shall provide or cause to be provided promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project.

To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through its Ministry of Environment and Protection of Nature (MINEP) in accordance with the provisions of (a) Article II of the Standard Conditions, (b) the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006, (“Anti-Corruption Guidelines”), with the modifications set forth in Section I of the Appendix to this Agreement; and (c) this Article II. (b) The Recipient shall maintain, throughout Project implementation, MINEP in form and substance and with functions and resources satisfactory to the Association, including the financial management specialist and procurement specialist, both with qualifications, and experience satisfactory to the Association recruited under the Environmental and Social Capacity Building for the Energy Sector Project (Credit 4477-CM), which shall be respectively responsible for the financial management and procurement activities under the Project. (c) The Recipient shall take and cause to be taken all action, including the provision of funds, facilities, services and other resources, necessary or appropriate to enable MINEP and its staff to perform its obligations under the Project.

Project Execution Generally. 2.1 The Vendor agrees to carry out its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with due diligence and efficiency and in accordance with sound technical, economic, financial, managerial, environmental and social standards and practices. 2.2 The Vendor agrees to carry out its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the Subsidy Implementation Manual, the Project Operations Manual and the Environmental Code of Practice. 2.3 The Recipient and the Vendor agree that, in the case of conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the First PRIF Grant Agreement and Financing Agreement, the provisions of the First PRIF Grant Agreement and Financing Agreement shall apply.

  • Contract Execution Each individual executing this Agreement on behalf of Consultant represents that he or she is fully authorized to execute and deliver this Agreement.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre- Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema.   • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.
