Project Exhibit. In addition to the patching on the primary runway, the crosswind Runway 8/26 will also be evaluated for pavement maintenance. The pavement maintenance will include routine crack seal where the pavement will be cleaned, debris will be removed, the crack will be routed, and sealed. In areas where cracks are larger than 2 inches, a mastic repair will be used. In this repair type, aggregate and sealant are mixed to create a more stable material that will last longer in larger cracks. Pavement maintenance on Runway 8/26 will be phased to occur before the maintenance on Runway 13/31, since Runway 8/26 will be used while Runway 13/31 is closed for panel rehabilitation.
