The Project Incentives clause establishes the terms under which additional rewards or bonuses are provided to a party, typically for achieving specific project milestones or exceeding performance targets. In practice, this clause outlines the criteria for earning incentives, such as completing work ahead of schedule, maintaining high quality standards, or delivering cost savings, and details the calculation and payment of such incentives. Its core function is to motivate parties to perform at their best by offering tangible benefits for exceptional results, thereby aligning interests and encouraging efficiency and excellence in project execution.
Project Incentives. The State, through ESD, will offer a package of Project incentives to the Company including Excelsior tax credits and a capital grant. The details of that package and the commitments required of the Company in exchange for those incentives are articulated in the attached incentive proposal from ESD labeled Attachment C.
Project Incentives. Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, City and/or URA will provide the following Project incentives (individually and collectively, the “Incentive(s)”):
Project Incentives. (A) Project assistance available to this project may include real property tax abatement, personal property tax abatement, sales tax exemption on construction materials, and/or redirection of tax increment from new economic activity generated by the project for eligible project expenses, or various forms of grants and subsidies. These benefits are available through various redevelopment agencies administered by the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City, Missouri and directly through the City of Kansas City, Missouri. The City may, in its sole discretion, condition any incentives to be provided by or through the City on the timely construction of the Project. (B) The Parties acknowledge and agree the Purchase Price as established in Section 3.4(B)(iii) is an incentive provided by the City intended to reduce the amount of Supplemental Financing, as described in Section 4.4, needed for completion of the Development Project. The Parties further acknowledge and agree that the Property’s appraised value is $0.00 based on the City’s historic preservation requirements.
Project Incentives. Project assistance available to this project may include real property tax abatement, personal property tax abatement, sales tax exemption on construction materials, mutually agreeable pre-development funding of $50,000.00, and/or redirection of tax increment from new economic activity generated by the project for eligible project expenses, or various forms of grants and subsidies. The eligible pre-development funding uses may include but not limit to assessments for onsite environmental, structural, site, infrastructure, building project administration, and parking. These benefits are available through various redevelopment agencies administered by the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City, Missouri and directly through the City of Kansas City, Missouri.
Project Incentives. The Town and RDC shall provide support to the Project, provided the Project, including its housing product design and materials including lot sizes and housing mix, gains the approval of the Town, such support including the following: a) creation of a new public right of way and roadway beginning at Shady Lane and ending at the parcel to be developed east line.
Project Incentives. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Lump Sum Price shall be increased by two percent (2%) if both of the objectives set forth below are met and shall be decreased by two percent (2%) if either or both of the objectives set forth below are not met. The objectives are as follows:
Project Incentives. In the event the Project is both (i) Substantially Complete within ten (10) months of Notice to Proceed; and (ii) delivered for less than One Hundred Five Percent (105%) of the Lump Sum (inclusive of change orders) established in the Contract, the Lump Sum Price shall be increased by Two Percent (2%). If both of these goals are not met, the Lump Sum will be reduced by Two Percent (2%). In the event the Contractor is able to achieve Substantial Completion within eight (8) months of Notice to Proceed, and delivered for less than One Hundred Five Percent (105%) of the Lump Sum (inclusive of change orders) established in the Contract, the Lump Sum Price shall be increased by Four Percent (4%) rather than the Two Percent (2%) specified above. In determining whether these goals have been met, the decision will be made irrespective of fault and regardless of whether the cause for failing to achieve these goals was within the Contractor’s control.
Project Incentives. The Project would be eligible for the incentives, subsidies and benefits as per the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Policy 2015-20 and under all other State/ Central Government schemes/ policies in force subject to respective guidelines of such schemes/ policies The responsibility of availing benefits of such schemes / policies would solely lie with the Selected Bidder/ Concessionaire.

  • Project Goals The schedule, budget, physical, technical and other objectives for the Project shall be defined.

  • Projects There shall be a thirty (30) km free zone around the projects excluding the Metro Vancouver Area. For local residents, kilometers shall be paid from the boundary of the free zone around the project. Workers employed by any contractor within an identified free zone who resides outside of that same free zone will be paid according to the Kilometer Chart from the project to their residence less thirty

  • Performance Improvement Plan timely and accurate completion of key actions due within the reporting period 100 percent The Supplier will design and develop an improvement plan and agree milestones and deliverables with the Authority 3.2 The Authority may from time to time make changes to the KPIs measured as set out in paragraph 3.1 above and shall issue a replacement version to the Supplier. The Authority shall give notice In Writing of any such change to the KPIs measured and shall specify the date from which the replacement KPIs must be used for future reports. Such date shall be at least thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the notice to the Supplier.

  • PROJECT WORK PLAN The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from DFPS and the Grantee.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.
