Project Inspection Card Process. 8.10.1 The Construction Manager shall establish a procedure to verify that the Architect, Architect’s consultants, Project Inspector, Laboratory of Record and Contractor are performing services in compliance with theConstruction Oversight Process Procedure” required by the California Code of Regulations, Title 24 and as further described in DSA’s PR 13-01, PR 13-02 and any other related documents and subsequent updates to such documents. As part of the procedure established under this Section, Construction Manager must be able to verify that all verified reports are being submitted to the DSA by the responsible parties in a timely manner. As part of the monthly reporting process, Construction Manager shall notify the District when the Architect, Architect’s consultants, Project Inspector, Laboratory of Record or Contractor have failed to comply with the Construction Oversight Process Procedure and must inform the District of the impact such failure will have upon the Project and the Project Schedule. 8.10.2 The Construction Manager shall review the DSA approved Statement of Structural Tests and Special Inspections (Form DSA 103) for the Project prior to the commencement of any work on the Project in order to become familiar with the all testing and inspections that are required for the completion of the Project. 8.10.3 The Construction Manager shall meet with the Architect, Project Inspector, District, Contractor, Laboratory of Record and Special Inspectors as needed throughout the construction and completion of the Project to verify, acknowledge and coordinate the testing and special inspection program required by the DSA approved Construction Documents. 8.10.4 The Construction Manager shall coordinate with the Contractor to ensure timely requests for inspections are made and that the requirements related to the DSA’s Inspection Card Process and Form DSA 152 are being met for the Project. The Construction Manager shall notify the District, in writing, when delays or impacts to the Project Schedule are being caused by a party not complying with DSA’s Inspection Card requirements and Form DSA 152. 8.10.5 After the Project has been let, all changes to the DSA approved Construction Documents shall be made by means of a Construction Change Document (“CCD”) prepared by the Architect in conjunction with the Construction Manager.   • Project Initiation i - Upon final execution of the Agreement with the DISTRICT, the ARCHITECT shall: ♦ Review the Program Management Plan (PMP) with the DISTRICT and its representatives to familiarize them with the proposed tasks and schedule and develop necessary modifications. The PMP defines the Program Master Schedule and Budgets and each Project scope and budget. ii - Within the first week following execution of the Agreement, meet with the DISTRICT and its representatives to prepare a detailed task analysis and work plan for documentation in a computer-generated project schedule. iii - This task analysis and work plan will identify specific tasks including, but not limited to: ♦ interviews, ♦ data collection ♦ analysis, ♦ report preparation, ♦ planning, ♦ Architectural programming, concepts and schematic design preparation and estimating that are part of the work of the Project. Also identified will be milestone activities or dates, specific task responsibilities, required completion times necessary for the review and approval by the DISTRICT and by all regulatory agencies and additional definition of deliverables. iv - Participate in a general Project kick-off meeting to include the ARCHITECT, appropriate sub-consultants, and DISTRICT staff. v - The project kick-off meeting will introduce key team members from the DISTRICT and the ARCHITECT to each other, defining roles and responsibilities relative to the Project. vi - Identify and review pertinent information and/or documentation necessary from the DISTRICT for the completion of the Project. vii - Review and explain the overall project goals, general approach, tasks, work plan and procedures and deliverable products of the Project. viii - Review and explain the task analysis and Project work plan for all parties present; determine any adjustments or fine tuning that needs to be made to the work plan. ix - Review documentation of the Project kick-off meeting prepared by the DISTRICT’S representative and comment prior to distribution. x - Base Drawings and Site Survey Information

  • Goods Inspection The Commissioner of DAS, in consultation with the Client Agency, shall determine the manner and prescribe the inspection of all Goods and the tests of all samples submitted to determine whether they comply with all of the specifications in the Contract. If any Goods fail in any way to meet the specifications in the Contract, the Client Agency or the Commissioner of DAS may, in its sole discretion, either reject it and owe nothing or accept it and pay for it on an adjusted price basis, depending on the degree to which the Goods meet the specifications. Any decision pertaining to any such failure or rejection shall be final and binding.

  • PROJECT WORK PLAN The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from DFPS and the Grantee.

  • Books and Records; Inspection Maintain centralized books and records regarding the Business Operations at the Borrower’s principal place of business, and permit the Agent (accompanied by any Lender who is an Affiliate or Related Fund of Comvest, along with representatives of, advisors of, and other professionals retained by or on behalf of, the Agent or such Lender) to inspect (provided that Borrower shall only be required to reimburse Agent for up to one such inspection, for costs, fees and expenses actually incurred by Agent in connection therewith in an amount not to exceed $35,000 in the aggregate, in any Fiscal Year plus any additional inspections that are conducted during the existence of an Event of Default), at any time during normal business hours (or at any time during the existence of an Event of Default), upon at least three (3) Business Days’ advance notice (provided that no such notice shall be required during the existence of an Event of Default), all of each Loan Party’s various books, records, operations and properties, to make copies, abstracts and/or reproductions of such books and records, and to discuss the business, financials and affairs of the Loan Parties with the management, employees, customers, suppliers, accountants, representatives and advisors of the Loan Parties (provided that, if, and to the extent, such information, in the reasonable good faith judgment of such Loan Party is not appropriate to be discussed in the presence of the Agent or such Lender in order to avoid a conflict of interest with respect to a material matter or, upon and consistent with the advice of legal counsel to the Loan Parties, is necessary to preserve the attorney-client privilege with respect to any matter, then to the extent the disclosure of any information related to such issue would cause such a conflict of interest or would result in the loss of such attorney-client privilege, such information may be withheld by such Person), and to consult with and advise the officers and management of the Loan Parties with respect to such Loan Parties’ business, finances and affairs, which consultation and advice the Loan Parties shall cause such officers and management to give due consideration, though such officers and management are not required to follow such advice.
