Project Management and Implementation. The Borrower shall appoint and maintain an Inter-Ministerial Steering Committee, chaired by a MoEYS Secretary of State and with membership acceptable to the Association, and with such powers, responsibilities, funds and other resources as shall be necessary to provide general policy guidance and to oversee the Project.
