Project Management Planning. Process The project management and planning process shall be subject to periodic reviews with inputs and review from the ECB, Advanced Technology International, and the Program Technical Representative. Normally, the ECB will meet quarterly with attendance by the NAVSEA program manager. During the quarterly meetings, program status and accomplishments will be provided by Advanced Technology International. The Recipient, with Advanced Technology International and PTR participation and review, will prepare an overall Project Management Plan (in contractor’s format) within 45 days of Agreement execution. The Project Management Plan (PMP) provides a detailed schedule of research activities, the project team and management structure, and projected budget. It also describes the work to be performed and discusses the technology transfer plan and foreign access to technology issues. The Recipient may choose to utilize appropriate attachments from this agreement (e.g., Statement of Work, Schedule of Milestones) as sections of the Project Management Plan. The PMP will be updated when substantive changes occur.

The Recipient, with SCRA Applied R&D and PTR participation and review, will prepare an overall Project Management Plan (in contractor’s format) within 45 days of Agreement execution. As part of this project BC will provide engineering for the following services: • Collect topographic survey data and conduct utility test hole investigations. • Provide sewer design requirements and recommendations, and engineering cost estimate. • Identify permit requirements, coordinate with permit agencies, develop and submit permits required for design. Topographic Survey and Utility Test Holes Topographical survey to be provided by a subconsultant to BC to include. Subconsultant shall be professionally licensed surveyor in state of Colorado. The survey is to provide 1-foot contours, necessary control points for staking the project area and be in the following coordinate system: • Colorado State Plane South Zone, NAD 1983 and USGS NVD 1929, feet Utility locations shall be provided per ASCE 38-02 and SB 18-167; SU...
