Project Management Services. We shall act as Project Manager to assist you in implementing the Tyler Software. Project Management Services include:
a) Developing an Implementation Plan;
c) Providing revised Implementation Plans (if required);
d) Providing monthly project status reports; and
e) Facilitating project status meetings • a project review (kickoff) meeting at your location • progress status meeting(s) during implementation via telephone conference or at your location; and • a project close-out meeting at your location to conclude the project.
f) Consultation with other vendors or third parties, if necessary.
