Project Management Support. Provision of financial and technical support to agencies involved in Project implementation and monitoring and evaluation, including: 1. In relation to Project financial and procurement management, Project technical and financial audits, and Project monitoring and evaluation; 2. Incremental operating costs associated with Project implementation; and 3. Vehicle for logistics of Project implementation. The Project is expected to be completed by June 30, 2009.
