Common use of Project Operation Requirements Clause in Contracts

Project Operation Requirements. The Sponsor will operate the project in accordance with the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973 (“the Act”), applicable regulations and program policies, and other federal legal requirements that are, or become, applicable to the VISTA program. The Sponsor will also operate the project in accordance with the approved project application. The Sponsor will also engage in best efforts to accomplish the goals set out for the members in the project application and comply with the Certifications and Assurances included within the project application.
