Common use of Project Operations Manual Clause in Contracts

Project Operations Manual. 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall implement its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the Project Operations Manual. 2. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree in writing, the Project Implementing Entity shall not amend, waive, suspend, or abrogate any provision of the Project Operations Manual. In case of any inconsistency between any of the provisions of the Project Operations Manual and those of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

Project Operations Manual. 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall implement its Respective Part of carry out the Project in accordance with the Project Operations Manual. 2. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree arrangements and procedures set out in writing, the Project Implementing Entity shall not amend, waive, suspend, or abrogate any provision of the Project Operations Manual. In case Manual (provided, however, that in the event of any inconsistency conflict between any of the provisions of arrangements and procedures set out in the Project Operations Manual and those the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail), and not amend, abrogate or waive any provision of Project Operations Manual unless the Association has provided its prior no-objection thereof in writing.
