Project Progress Meetings. Contractor shall participate in all Project progress meetings, as needed or as otherwise requested by ATL to review, discuss and resolve matters relating to coordination, services, quality control, performance, payment and other matters arising under the Contract Documents. The Parties shall schedule all meetings at on-site at ATL’s offices unless the Parties mutually agree otherwise. Additional meetings shall be held as often as ATL determines.
