Proof of Licenses and Certifications. This section will contain copies of any and all current state certifications and licenses with applicable seals, and any other applicable licenses and certifications, as required by the State of Texas. a. Competency - This section should demonstrate firm’s competency and experience in, but not limited to the following areas: pre-construction phases, contract administration, inspection, quality control, document control, schedule, cost management, and project close-out phases. b. Experience and Recent Projects - This section should include a description of the firm's most recent and varied projects (other local government projects preferred), and identify the personnel that were key in each project. Identify key challenges, and the firm’s solution to overcome such challenges. For each project, a client contact name and phone number should be included for reference purposes.

  • Licenses and Certifications Where required by law, PROVIDER must, at all times, be licensed or certified by either the State or County as a qualified provider of the services purchased hereby. PROVIDER shall fully cooperate with licensing and certification authorities. PROVIDER shall submit copies of the required licenses or certifications upon request by COUNTY. PROVIDER shall promptly notify COUNTY in writing of any citation PROVIDER receives from any licensing or certification authority, including all responses and correction plans.

  • Licenses and Certificates Contractor shall, at all times during the term of this Contract, maintain in full force and effect such licenses as may be required by the State of California or any other governmental entity for Contractor to perform the duties specified herein and provide the services required pursuant to this Contract. Contractor shall strictly adhere to, and obey, all governmental rules and regulations now in effect or as subsequently enacted or modified, as promulgated by any local, state, or federal governmental entities.

  • LICENSES; CERTIFICATIONS; AUTHORIZATIONS; & APPROVALS Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor possesses and shall keep current during the term of this Contract all required licenses, certifications, permits, authorizations, and approvals necessary for Contractor’s proper performance of this Contract.

  • SUBCONTRACTOR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS Any Contractor representations or certifications set forth in this Contract shall apply to subcontractors (at any tier) and Contractor shall not utilize any subcontractors (at any tier) who cannot provide such representations or certifications, excepting the certification to be registered with Washington’s Statewide Payee Desk, unless Purchaser will pay such subcontractor directly.
