The Project Progress Reporting clause requires parties involved in a project to provide regular updates on the status and advancement of the work. Typically, this involves submitting written reports at agreed intervals, detailing completed tasks, upcoming milestones, encountered issues, and any deviations from the project plan. By mandating structured communication, this clause ensures transparency, enables early identification of problems, and helps all stakeholders stay informed and aligned throughout the project's duration.
PROJECT PROGRESS REPORTING. During the term of this Contract, the Grantee will submit a Project Progress Report with any Requests for Funds submitted to the Department. This report will describe the use of the funds requested for each administrative and activity line item. The report should also describe any anticipated changes in the budgeted amounts.

(a) During the term of this Award Agreement, RAMP OF MONTANA will submit a Project Progress Report to OPG during each quarter for the periods ending June, September, December and March. This report must describe the status of the project with respect to each implementation objective including, at a minimum, the percentage of the project which has been completed, costs incurred, funds remaining and anticipated completion date. The report must also describe any significant problems encountered and any necessary modification of the project scope or implementation schedule that are being requested.
(b) RAMP OF MONTANA will submit the Project Progress Report to OPG within 10 days of the close of each quarter. The City will not honor claims for payment until the required quarterly report has been submitted to and approved by OPG. Project Progress Reports submitted during a quarter in conjunction with a Request for Payment will satisfy the quarterly progress-reporting requirement.

PROJECT PROGRESS REPORTING. (a) During the term of this Grant Agreement, the Grantee will submit two Project Reports. The first report must be submitted within 90 days of the project start date. A Final Report to the City must be submitted within 30 days of project completion. These reports must provide an overview of accomplishments, summary of all activities completed during this reporting period, verification of program completion, photos or images, costs incurred, funds remaining if any, project completion date. The report must also describe any significant problems encountered.
(b) The City reserves the right to withhold payment of any and all claims associated with the project until the required reports have been submitted to and approved by the City.

PROJECT PROGRESS REPORTING. That the Contractor must perform a Mid-Year Data Project Progress Report Check by February 28, 2019 and a Year-End Project Progress Report and Data on program demographics, services, and outcomes by July 10, 2019. That Contractor must keep program data current in the Literacy, Adult, and Community Education (LACES) database or provide the NMCL with data for inclusion in LACES. Programs should collect and track the NMCL- specified data (attached) for the mid-year data project progress report check and Year-End Project Progress Report; the data is subject to change with prior, written notice to the Contractor of no less than thirty (30) days. Additionally, the Contractor may be required to complete a program survey or surveys during the course of this contract, and will accommodate the NMCL’s request for a site-visit and/or program evaluation on an as-needed basis. Failure to submit the required data on a timely basis may result in termination of this contract
