Project Progress Reports. During the term of this Contract the Grantee will submit Project progress reports to the Department in conjunction with each request for reimbursement. These reports will describe the status of the activities set forth in Section 6, including, at a minimum, the percentage completed, costs incurred, funds remaining, and projected completion date. Additionally, the report must provide documentation supporting each claim for expenses to be reimbursed, describe any significant problems encountered in carrying out the Project, and the scope of any necessary modifications the Grantee is requesting in the Project scope of work, budget, or implementation schedule. The Department, at its sole discretion, may decline to honor any request for reimbursement if the required project progress report has not been submitted to or approved by the Department.
Project Progress Reports. The Recipient agrees to provide the Project Officer with project progress reports, communicating the important activities and accomplishments of the project, on a semi-annual basis for the periods ending March 31 and September 30, or any portion thereof, for the entire project period. Reports are due no later than one month following the end of the semi-annual period. Performance progress reports shall be submitted to EDA in an electronic format no later than the due date. Reports shall be in a clear format, not exceeding six pages, and shall: i. Provide a concise overview of the activities undertaken during the semi- annual reporting period; ii. Document accomplishments, benefits, and impacts of the project. The Recipient should identify activities that have led to specific outcomes, such as job creation/retention, private investment, increased regional collaboration, engagement with historically excluded groups or regions, enhanced regional capacity, or other positive economic development benefits; iii. Identify any upcoming or potential press events or opportunities for collaborative press engagements to highlight the benefits of the EDA investment; iv. Compare progress on the project with the targeted schedule, explaining any departures, identifying how those departures will be remedied, and projecting the course of work for the next semi-annual reporting period; v. Outline challenges impeding or that may impede progress on the project over the next semi-annual reporting period and identify ways to address those challenges; vi. Outline any areas in which EDA assistance is needed to support the project; and vii. Provide any other information that would be helpful for your EDA Project Officer to know. Final Project Reports may be posted on EDA’s website, used for promotional materials or policy reviews, or otherwise shared. Recipients should not include any copyrighted or other sensitive business information in these reports. There is no page limit for Final Project Reports; however, such reports should concisely communicate key project information and should: i. Provide a high-level overview of the activities undertaken; ii. Outline the specific regional need the project was designed to address and explain how the project addressed that need and advanced economic development; iii. Document the expected and actual economic benefits of the project as of the time the report is written; iv. Detail lessons learned during the project that may be of assistance...
Project Progress Reports. The Consultant shall prepare and submit to Task Assignment Project Manager a monthly progress report on all the tasks underway during the preceding calendar month within 21 calendar days of the end of such month.

Project Progress Reports. At least one (1) month prior to the date set for the Annual Review meeting mentioned in section 2 above, the Proponents shall provide the Minister with a written progress report containing: (a) a description of the progress in completion of the Project activities, in comparison with the schedule and milestones contained in the Statement of Work and the related Project expenditures for that segment of Project activities; (b) the Proponents' revised cost breakdown for the project, including an estimated cost breakdown by major activity and by Fiscal Year; and (c) an indication of any delay in completing the Project and the reasons for such delay, together with the Proponents' revised schedule mid any proposed revisions to the Statement of Work.
Project Progress Reports. The Grantee shall submit to the Commission, on a monthly basis, project progress reports outlining the progress of the project, and identifying any problems that may have arisen and actions taken to correct such problems. Such reports shall be submitted on the Project Monthly Progress Report Form attached hereto and made a part hereof as Attachment F. Reports are due to the Commission’s Grant Manager by the 15th of the month immediately following the reporting period until the Certificate of Completion is submitted.
Project Progress Reports. Prepare monthly project progress reports on an as needed basis to document project status as required for compliance with the District’s Alternative Water Supply program. A memorandum summarizing the hydrogeologic data collected during the well construction and testing will also be prepared and submitted to the District to document completion of the project and close-out of the funding requirements.
