Common use of Project Requirement Clause in Contracts

Project Requirement. i. The whole work under the project shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the scope indicated in this Agreement, and as per the following: i. All applicable Guidelines for Education Facility Development and its operations as per Law. ii. Codes & Standards of Bureau of Indian standards iii. ▇▇▇▇ Raipur ▇▇▇▇ Nagar Vikas Yojana 2031 including the Development Control Regulation therein or any other guidelines issued by NRANVP. iv. Other relevant state and national guidelines for setting up Project. For any other provisions required for land development/ building activity, the "Chhattisgarh Bhumi Vikas Niyam 1984" and National Building Code shall be applicable.
