Common use of Project Requirement Clause in Contracts

Project Requirement. The whole of the work under the project shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the scope indicated in this Agreement, and as per the following: 1) IPHS and MCI Guidelines 2) Codes & Standards of Bureau of Indian standards 3) ▇▇▇▇ Raipur ▇▇▇▇ Nagar Development Plan 2031 including the Development Control Regulation thereinor any other guidelines issued by NRANVP. 4) For any other provisions required for land development/ building activity, the "Chhattisgarh Bhumi Vikas Niyam 1984" and National Building Code shall be applicable.
