Common use of Project Requirement Clause in Contracts

Project Requirement. The Lessee shall construct and develop Sales Showroom, Service and Repair Centre for Two ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Automobile Industry along with allied Infrastructure as per the provisions in the ▇▇▇▇ Nagar Vikas Yojna 2031 including the Development Control Regulation therein and Urban Design Guideline for ▇▇▇▇ Nagar (Naya Raipur Urban Design Guideline). For any other provisions required for land development/ building activity, the "Chhattisgarh Bhumi Vikas Niyam 1984" and National Building Code shall be applicable.
