Common use of Project Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Project Responsibility. County’s Division of Housing and Community Development ("HCD") is hereby designated as the representative of County regarding all HOME-ARP Project matters and shall be responsible for the overall administration and management of that program and the manner in which the activities or projects described herein are conducted. County will monitor the performance of Subrecipient against goals and performance standards required in Attachment B - Statement of Work. Substandard performance as determined by County will constitute non- compliance with the agreement. If action to correct such substandard performance is not taken by Subrecipient within a reasonable period of time after being notified by County, suspension or termination procedures will be initiated which may result in withdrawal or termination of funding.
