Common use of Project Staffing Clause in Contracts

Project Staffing. The General Contractor shall staff the Project with qualified and designated individuals and entities responsible for its obligations and performance. 4.1.1 The General Contractor shall name a representative (the “General Contractor’s Representative”) to serve as its primary communication contact with the Owner and the Professional(s). 4.1.2 The General Contractor shall employ persons skilled in the tasks assigned to them and shall contract with subcontractors and suppliers skilled in the tasks assigned to them and capable of working harmoniously with all trades, crafts and other individuals on the Project. The General Contractor shall use its best efforts to minimize the likelihood of any strike, work stoppage or other labor disturbance. 4.1.3 The General Contractor shall immediately remove from the Site, for the duration of the Project, any person making an inappropriate religious, racial, sexual or ethnic comment, statement or gesture toward any other individual. 4.1.4 The General Contractor shall immediately remove from the Site, for the duration of the Project, any person who is incompetent, careless, or not working in harmony. 4.1.5 The General Contractor shall be responsible to the Owner for the acts and omissions of its agents and employees, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
