Common use of Project Clause in Contracts

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall shall: (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall ; and (b) provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV II of the General Standard Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association World Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services services, and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the Association’s General Conditions and Article V of the Bank’s General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Association, the Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the ProjectProject and the MPA Program. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 1 of the Project (“Respective Part of the Project”) in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 1 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 2 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its respective part of Part A of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 1(b) of the Project in accordance with the Recipient’s obligations as set forth in the provisions of Article IV II of the General Standard Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Operational Manual and Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Parts B.1 (c) and B.2 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV II of the General Standard Conditions, as well as the Project Implementation Plan; and shall provide (b) provide, or cause to be provided, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association World Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Parts of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Parts B.2, B.3 and B.4 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Parts 1(a), 1(b) and 3 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the each Project Implementing Entity shall shall: (a) carry out its Respective Parts of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall ; and (b) provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Parts of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity Entities shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity Entities shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall shall: (a) carry out the Project through the HPRIDC in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall ; and (b) provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 2 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Each of the Project Implementing Entity Entities declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity Entities shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity Entities shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity Entities shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project through the BAPEPS and BRLPS, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the Association’s General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part A of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services services, and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Component 1 of the Project through BBSYDP, and Components 2 and 3 of the Project through STEVTA, all in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide BBSYDP and STEVTA, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for their respective components under the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement as well as the provisions of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part C of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Parts A, B, C, D, and G of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Parts of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Parts of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part C.1 (b) of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the counterpart funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Parts A and B.2 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its respective Parts of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its respective Parts of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 1(a) and Part 2 other than 2(a)(i) of the Project in accordance with the Recipient’s obligations as set forth in the provisions of Article IV II of the General Standard Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProgram. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part D of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Parts A.2, B.1, B.2 and C.1 (a) of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the counterpart funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part A of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for Part A of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part A of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Each Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the each Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its activities under the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the each Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its activities under the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Parts of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 1 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development General Conditions for Loans and Article IV of the International Development Association General ConditionsConditions for Credits and Grants, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall shall: (a) carry out out, and cause the Project Participants and Project Companies to carry out, the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.; and

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the MPA Program. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Parts of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for [its Respective Parts of] the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule 2 to this the Financing Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, Conditions and shall provide provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall shall: (a) carry out the Project through the RBD, with assistance of the RDC, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall ; and (b) provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Parts of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services services, and other resources required for its Respective Parts of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 1(a) of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for Part 1(a) of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall shall: (a) carry out the relevant activities under the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall ; and (b) provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 2(c) of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services services, and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 1(b)(v) and (vi) and Part 3(b)(iv) of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsStandard Conditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall Implementin Entityshall carry out Part 2 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Respective Parts of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for Respective Parts of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 1 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule 1 to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part A of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 2 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association World Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall shall: (a) carry out the Project through PRBDB in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall ; and (b) provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity Entity, through its PIU, shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity Entity, through its PIU, shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services services, and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall shall: (a) carry out the Project through the OWD in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall ; and (b) provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall provide provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Parts 1.1, 1.2 and 2.1 of the Project (RWB’s Respective Part the Project) in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, Article II of the Standard Conditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Parts of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Parts 1, 2 and 4 of the Project (“EDCL’s Respective Part of the Project”) in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 1.B (a) the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part F of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV II of the General ConditionsStandard Conditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 5 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part III of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the fundsfunds (as provided by the Borrower), facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Parts 1, 2 and 3 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Parts of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 1 (b) of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV II of the General Standard Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association World Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services services, staff and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 1 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services services, and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part 2 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV II of the General Standard Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Part of the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association World Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall shall: (a) carry out Part C of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions, and shall ; and (b) provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association Bank and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out Part C of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity and the Implementing Agency declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall and shall cause the Implementing Agency to carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General ConditionsConditions and the Schedule to this Agreement, and shall provide and/or cause the Implementing Agency to provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

Project. 2.01. The Project Implementing Entity declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions, and shall provide promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project. 2.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule Schedules 1 through 3 to this Agreement.
