Projected Requirements. Buyer will provide Seller ---------------------- information concerning any known or expected events pertaining to the non-residential and commercial customers of the Buyer that will cause material changes in Buyer's daily natural gas requirements. Buyer will cooperate with Seller to ensure that nominations (including any necessary adjustments 8 <PAGE> <PAGE> thereto) are made timely to Tennessee and that such nominations reflect the actual expected deliveries and receipts.
Projected Requirements. Buyer shall periodically provide Seller information concerning Buyer's expected Gas requirements on its distribution system. Buyer will also provide Seller information concerning any known or expected events that will cause material changes in Buyers daily Gas requirements as soon as the information becomes known to Buyer. Buyer and Seller agree to work together on a daily basis to ensure that nominations (including any necessary adjustments thereto) are made timely on all applicable Transporters and such nominations reflect, as much as reasonably possible, Buyer's expected requirements.
Projected Requirements. During the first sixty (60) days of each calendar quarter ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will furnish ▇▇▇▇▇▇ a good faith estimate of its requirements for the delivery of Products during the next calendar quarter, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall promptly inform ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of its acceptance of such requirements (and any failure by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to furnish any notice to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ within fifteen (15) days after the receipt by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of such estimate shall be deemed acceptance) or of any difficulties ▇▇▇▇▇▇ anticipates in meeting such requirements. In the event any such difficulties are identified by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, the Authorized Representatives will meet promptly to establish mutually agreeable delivery requirements. Although ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will thereafter use reasonable efforts to meet any requests for delivery of Products in excess of the amounts agreed upon, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have no liability to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for the failure of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to deliver such excess Products and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may purchase such excess Products from other sources.

  • Forecasting Requirements 19.5.1 The Parties shall exchange technical descriptions and forecasts of their Interconnection and traffic requirements in sufficient detail necessary to establish the Interconnections necessary for traffic completion to and from all Customers in their respective designated service areas.

On workplaces where the value of the Commonwealth’s contribution to the project that includes the building work is at least $5,000,000, and represents at least 50% of the total construction project value or the Commonwealth’s contribution to the project that includes the building work is at least $10,000,000 (irrespective of its proportion of the total construction project value) the following minimum testing requirements must be adhered to.

  • Operating Requirements Any operating and technical requirements that may be applicable due to Regional Transmission Organization, Independent System Operator, control area, or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s requirements, including those set forth in the Small Generator Interconnection Agreement. Operating Requirements shall include Applicable Reliability Standards.

  • Minimum Requirements Consultant shall, at its expense, procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or subconsultants. Consultant shall also require all of its subconsultants to procure and maintain the same insurance for the duration of the Agreement. Such insurance shall meet at least the following minimum levels of coverage:
