Projects/Take homes: I understand that depending on the course my student takes, Sunovatech/VRAcademi will attempt to send my student home with a working game or project, or post my student’s project to a project website, and may send home a product or voucher for a product. However, I understand that there will be instances when a project or product or product voucher cannot be sent home, posted or delivered, and that Sunovatech/VRAcademi is not responsible if the game, project, product or voucher does not work properly, or are not compatible with systems outside of class. Therefore, I release Sunovatech/VRAcademi from any responsibility for failure to provide a copy of the project or product voucher, or a non- functioning/non-compatible/non-complete games, projects, product vouchers or product. Sunovatech/VRAcademi staff will attempt to provide each participant with their completed project at the conclusion of each session and provide products or product vouchers (if applicable) at the end or any other time during the session. Refunds will not be issued for not receiving products, product vouchers, or being provided a copy of the project, and/or non-functioning/non-compatible/non- complete projects, product vouchers or products. I also agree that all projects and work created while at Sunovatech/VRAcademi may be used by Sunovatech/VRAcademi in promotional materials, online, and other print media and may be shared and used by corporate partners, the media, or other organizations who work with Sunovatech/VRAcademi. I agree that Sunovatech/VRAcademi, its owners, agents, partners, facility providers, and employees cannot be held liable for damages and injuries associated with said publishing, including any and all claims based on negligence. I understand that if I have issues with a product voucher or product, I must contact the manufacturer directly. I also understand that product vouchers only cover shipping within the continental US, EU, GCC and Australia and that if I require the product to be shipped outside, these regions, I am responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

  • Projects There shall be a thirty (30) km free zone around the projects excluding the Metro Vancouver Area. For local residents, kilometers shall be paid from the boundary of the free zone around the project. Workers employed by any contractor within an identified free zone who resides outside of that same free zone will be paid according to the Kilometer Chart from the project to their residence less thirty

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.

  • Project Timeline The Project Timeline establishes a start and end date for each Phase of the Project. Developed during the Initiate & Plan Stage and revised as mutually agreed to, if needed, the timeline accounts for resource availability, business goals, size and complexity of the Project, and task duration requirements.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • Annual Work Plans and Budgets The Recipient shall furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than September 1 of each year, the annual work plan and budget for the Project for each subsequent year of Project implementation, of such scope and detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested, except for the annual work plan and budget for the Project for the first year of Project implementation, which shall be furnished no later than one (1) month after the Effective Date.
