Common use of Promotion and Publicity Clause in Contracts

Promotion and Publicity. 12.1 The Subcontractor will not, without prior written approval of the Company, make or issue any Promotional Material except to the extent required by law. Prior approval will not be unreasonably withheld. 12.2 The Subcontractor will submit the request for approval of Promotional Material at least 30 days prior to the intended publication or promotion. If the Company determines that any amendments are necessary to the Promotional Material, the Subcontractor will make these amendments and submit amended Promotional Material to the Company for approval. 12.3 The Subcontractor must ensure that all Promotional Material is accurate and not misleading in any way and complies with all requirements of the Head/Prime Contract.
