Promotion of Better Workmanship. It is further agreed that the advancement of better journeymen plumbers and apprentices and better workmanship is to be promoted at all times, and that all parties will work together in an effort to see that all legal acts, laws, rules and regulations or awarding authorities’ specifications are complied with.
