PROMOTIONS AND APPOINTMENTS. ‌ 32.01 a) Subject to the application of Article 32.10 b), all indeterminate employees shall have the right to apply for a transfer into a vacant or newly created position in the Bargaining Unit which has similar duties or skills requirements and for which the employee is qualified. On or before the date a competition poster is issued for such position, the Employer shall notify all employees of such position. Applications for transfer must be submitted to the Human Resources Section on or before the closing date of the competition as specified in the competition poster.
