PROMPT PAYMENT DISCOUNT. The Offeror may quote a prompt payment discount based upon early payment; however, discounts offered for less than 30 days will not be considered in making the award. CONTRACTOR shall list payment discount terms on invoices. The prompt payment discount will apply to payments made with DISTRICT Purchasing or Travel Card (major credit card) and checks. The date from which discount time is calculated will be the date a correct invoice is received or receipt of shipment, whichever is later; except that if testing is performed, the date will be the date of acceptance of the merchandise.
