Schedule of Events. The vendor shall include with the proposal an estimated schedule showing ordering and delivery interval, mobilization, installation, testing, training, and acceptance activities for each of the primary PSAPs. This estimated schedule shall identify principal milestones and critical path dates where Owners’ actions are required. Owners reserve the right to negotiate scheduling details for the various equipment and systems with any vendor.

Schedule of Events. Late Responses will not be considered under any circumstance. The Respondent is solely responsible for allowing enough time for the timely receipt of the Response by the sole Point of Contact.

Schedule of Events. Failure to deliver a proposal before the due date and time as listed may cause the proposal to be disqualified, in the Consortium’s sole discretion. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that proposals, in their entirety, arrive at the listed destination by the listed time. The Owner and the MESB assume no responsibility for delays caused by the US Post Office or any other delivery service.
