Prompt Payment of Claims. ILS Community Network agrees to process and pay or deny claims for Covered Services within sixty (60) calendar days of receipt of such claims in accordance with the Agreement, except as such time frame may be modified by Mandates or reflected in the State Exhibit/Addenda hereto.
