Common use of Proof of Registration Clause in Contracts

Proof of Registration. Employees who have been hired with a condition of employment to have a Certificate of Registration, including any statutory requirement, are required to present to the Manager or designate evidence that her or his Certificate of Registration is in good standing and is currently in effect.
