Proper Uses. Tenant shall not assign this Lease, nor sublet or transfer possession of the Premises, nor give accommodation to boarders or lodgers other than employees of Tenant. Tenant shall not use or permit the use of the dwelling unit for any purpose other than as a private dwelling unit solely for the Tenant’s employees. All residents of the Premises must be approved and listed on the Lease or in a subsequent notice to Landlord. This provision does not exclude reasonable accommodation of Tenant’s guests or visitors who may stay in the unit up to ten (10) days per guest per month, unless otherwise authorized by Landlord in writing.

  • Proper Use The performance of Covered Hardware when operated in corrosive environments, or in conditions, or in a manner, outside of the Specifications including Seller’s site requirements found in the Documentation or not in accordance with its Documentation may have their performance adversely affected, and are therefore not guaranteed hereunder. The Purchaser agrees to use the Covered Hardware in a safe and reasonable manner pursuant to the Documentation and the Original Terms.

  • Other Uses Even if Customer opts out of PEP, the Software monitors, records, and reports to Sage information about the installation and use of the Software, including, but not limited to, information about Customer’s devices and the frequency, type, and manner of use to which the Software is put. Customer acknowledges that Sage may collect, use, and disclose the information as described in the Sage Privacy Notice posted at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en-us/legal/privacy-and-cookies/ (if you are contracting with Sage Software, Inc.) or ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en-ca/legal/privacy-and-cookies/ (if you are contracting with Sage Software Canada Ltd.), or such other URL as Sage may notify Customer of, and as may be described in the user interface associated with the applicable features.

  • Improper Use Evidence substantiating the use of sick leave for willful injury, gross negligence, intemperance, trivial indispositions, instances of misrepresentation, or violation of the rules defined herein will result in denial of sick leave with pay and shall be construed as grounds for disciplinary action including termination.

  • Access to Property Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Property or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.

  • Vehicles and Equipment The Council shall bear the cost of "identification of Welder" cards required by high pressure welders in the performance of their assigned duties at the Council.
