Proposal by the Contractor. In case the Contractor considers any modifications of the Work necessary, the Contractor shall discuss the solution with the Consultant, and the Contractor can propose the modifications to the Client. This proposal may include the changes from (a) to (h) mentioned in Sub-Paragraph 19.1.
