Proposal Copies. a. The proposal package consists of two (2) sealed packages. b. One of the sealed packages should contain an original and four (4) full, complete, and exact copies of the original proposal. The package should be clearly marked “RFP # and Title – Technical Proposal.” c. The second sealed package should contain an original and one (1) full, complete, and exact copies of the Cost Proposal. The package should be clearly marked “RFP # and Title – Cost Proposal.”
