Proposal Documents to include Disclosure of Discrimination Complaints. As part of its bid or proposal, Consultant shall provide to the City a list of all instances within the past ten (10) years where a complaint was filed or pending against Consultant in a legal or administrative proceeding alleging that Consultant discriminated against its employees, Subcontractors, vendors, or suppliers, and a description of the status or resolution of that complaint, including any remedial action taken.
