Common use of Proposal Narrative Clause in Contracts

Proposal Narrative. The proposal narrative is the document that will be evaluated and scored by the review panel. Total point value of 100 points possible. All proposals should be no more than 3000 words (about 5 pages using Times New Roman 12 point font and 1-inch margins) not including letters of support, tables, maps, and diagrams. Applicants are encouraged to work with State and Regional based Federal agency representative such as their USGS State Geospatial Liaison to develop proposals.
