Common use of Proposals and Counterproposals Clause in Contracts

Proposals and Counterproposals. All proposals and counterproposals shall be presented in written form. Although proposals and counterproposals may be given and responded to orally at the bargaining table, no tentative or final agreement shall be construed to have been made until the proposal or counterproposal is reduced to writing and initialed by the Parties. All proposals by both parties shall be submitted by the second negotiations meeting. Mutual consent shall be required to add proposals after the second meeting.
