PROPULSION SYSTEMS PRICE REVISION FORMULA. The Reference Price of the Propulsion Systems will be revised to the actual delivery date of the Aircraft on which such Propulsion Systems are installed in accordance with the revision formula set forth in, as applicable, Exhibit "H-1" or Exhibit "H-2" hereto, unless otherwise provided in this Agreement.
