Provide Quarterly Reporting. ALPS provides the following to Fund personnel on a quarterly basis: (i) scorecard regarding a summary of services provided by ALPS; (ii) Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act certification; (iii) Rule 17j-1 under the 1940 Act Code of Ethics Certification; and (iv) to the extent applicable, a summary of any material changes to the foregoing policies and procedures. ALPS will provide more frequent reporting as may be reasonably requested by the Fund and as agreed upon, in writing, by ALPS and the Fund.

  • Quarterly Reporting If reporting is on a quarterly basis, the AGENCY shall submit to the Orange County Citizens’ Commission for Children a complete, accurate, and programmatic Quarterly Report, in a format as provided by the COUNTY, on or before the 10th of the month following the close of the quarter, as well as supporting documentation.
