Provide Security Sample Clauses

The 'Provide Security' clause requires one party to furnish a form of security, such as a deposit, guarantee, or bond, to assure the other party of performance or payment obligations under the contract. This security may be held until certain conditions are met, such as completion of work or fulfillment of payment terms, and can take various forms depending on the agreement, like a bank guarantee or cash deposit. The core function of this clause is to protect the interests of the receiving party by mitigating the risk of non-performance or default by the other party.
Provide Security. (a) The Service Provider will provide Security (including any adjusted Security required under clause 8.3(b)) to the LFC within 20 Business Days of the LFC’s notice to the Service Provider that the Security (or additional Security) is required. (b) At six month intervals after the Security is provided the Service Provider may request, or the LFC may require, the amount of the Security to be adjusted. The adjusted Security is to meet the requirements of clause 8.2.

  • Site Security While providing services at a DSHS location, the Contractor, its agents, employees, or Subcontractors shall conform in all respects with physical, fire, or other security regulations specific to the DSHS location.
