provide us with Clause Samples

The 'provide us with' clause requires one party to supply specific information, documents, or materials to the other party upon request or as stipulated in the agreement. In practice, this clause might obligate a contractor to furnish progress reports, or a supplier to deliver compliance certificates to the client. Its core function is to ensure that the receiving party has timely access to necessary resources or information, thereby supporting transparency and enabling the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
