Provider shall be licensed to practice dentistry in the State, maintain good professional standing at all times, and maintain throughout the term of this Agreement all necessary licenses, certifications, registrations and permits as are required to provide the Covered Services. Evidence of such licensure shall be submitted to MCNA upon request.
