Provider Responsibility. Provider will require and cause its Subcontractors to comply with all relevant terms of this Agreement. Provider will be Customer’s sole point of contact regarding the Services, including with respect to payment. Nothing in this Agreement creates any contractual relationship between Customer and any Provider Subcontractor, or any obligation on the part of Customer to pay or to ensure the payment of any money due any Provider Subcontractor.
