PROVIDERS OF REMOTE ACCESS. 2.1. The providers of remote access shall stem from suppliers of good standing in the market (first line) and shall be preferably compatible for digital connections. Such equipment shall comply with the specifications of certification and ticketing implemented by the Contracting Party and shall block national return calls, coming from the Contracted Party's network. 2.2. In no circumstances shall the Contracted Party simultaneously use different access technologies for the same telephone number. 2.3. The Parties mutually agree about the technology used by the Contracted Party for the Access Ports at the outset of the Services rendering. The Contracted Party shall give to the Contracting Party written previous notice with at least sixty (60) days in advance about any changes whatsoever related to the suppliers of Access Port's equipment, which are used to provide the services set forth in this Exhibit and in its Addendum, prior to the implementation of such changes. The Contracted Party will not be allowed to implement any of the aforementioned changes without the Contracting Party's previous written consent. By virtue of the afore-established, it is forthwith agreed that the Contracted Party shall maintain the right not to expand more ports to the Contracting Party, as set forth in the Addendum. We cannot agree with this because of exclusivity. 2.4. The Contracted Party agrees to make use of all commercially reasonable efforts to implement, with no additional costs to the Contracting Party, any new technology (including any hardware or software upgrades) as soon as possible, if so requested by the Contracting Party. In case the Contracted Party has implemented a new technology just as an outcome of the Contracting Party's request and such technology has not been introduced by the Contracted Party as a result of the Contracted Party's obligation, in accordance with the aforementioned terms, then, if there are any sole costs associated with the implementation of such new technology, such costs shall be shared among the beneficiaries. In case of its being the sole beneficiary, then the Contracting Party shall bear all the costs. Refunding of such costs shall not imply reduction or exemption of the monthly costs related to services providing, which make use of such new technology.

  • Remote Access Access to and use of the Data over the State Governmental Network (SGN) or Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be controlled by DSHS staff who will issue authentication credentials (e.g. a Unique User ID and Hardened Password) to Authorized Users on Contractor’s staff. Contractor will notify DSHS staff immediately whenever an Authorized User in possession of such credentials is terminated or otherwise leaves the employ of the Contractor, and whenever an Authorized User’s duties change such that the Authorized User no longer requires access to perform work for this Contract.

You may choose one from the list of Access Blue New England network PCP providers on our website. Each enrolled member may select a different PCP. If a PCP is not chosen, we may assign one for each enrolled member. You may change your designated PCP by calling our Customer Service Department or visiting our website.   • Communications with Rating Agencies The parties hereto (other than the Seller and its Affiliates but excluding the Issuing Entity) agree that any notices or requests to, or any other written communications with, any of the Rating Agencies, or any of their respective officers, directors or employees, to be given or provided to such Rating Agencies pursuant to, in connection with or related, directly or indirectly, to the Basic Documents, the Collateral or the Notes, shall be in each case either (i) furnished to the Seller who shall forward such communication to the Rating Agencies pursuant to Section 10.18 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; or (ii) furnished directly to the Rating Agencies with a prior copy to the Seller. In either case, the parties hereto (other than the Seller and its Affiliates but excluding the Issuing Entity) further agree to provide such notices, requests and communications or copies thereof, as applicable, to the Seller at least one Business Day prior to the date when such notices, requests and communications are required to be delivered (or are in fact delivered, whichever is earlier) to the Rating Agencies pursuant to the Basic Documents. So long as any Notes are Outstanding, each party hereto (other than the Seller and its Affiliates but excluding the Issuing Entity) agrees that neither it nor any party on its behalf shall engage in any oral communications with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby, under the Basic Documents or in any way relating to the Notes with any Rating Agency or any of their respective officers, directors or employees, without the participation of the Seller.

  • Remote Terminal Unit Prior to the Initial Synchronization Date of the Large Generating Facility, a Remote Terminal Unit, or equivalent data collection and transfer equipment acceptable to the Parties, shall be installed by Developer, or by Connecting Transmission Owner at Developer’s expense, to gather accumulated and instantaneous data to be telemetered to the location(s) designated by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO through use of a dedicated point-to-point data circuit(s) as indicated in Article 8. 1. The communication protocol for the data circuit(s) shall be specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Instantaneous bi-directional analog real power and reactive power flow information must be telemetered directly to the location(s) specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Each Party will promptly advise the appropriate other Party if it detects or otherwise learns of any metering, telemetry or communications equipment errors or malfunctions that require the attention and/or correction by that other Party. The Party owning such equipment shall correct such error or malfunction as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Union Access The Union shall have reasonable access to all work locations to verify that the terms and conditions of this Agreement are being carried out and for the purpose of conferring with employees, provided that access shall be subject to such rules and regulations immediately below, as well as to such rules and regulations as may be agreed to by the department and the union. Union access to work locations will not disrupt or interfere with a department’s mission and services or involve any political activities.
