Providing Similar Services Clause Samples

The 'Providing Similar Services' clause defines the rights and limitations regarding a party's ability to offer services that are similar to those provided under the current agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies whether the service provider is permitted to work with other clients in the same industry or offer comparable services to third parties during or after the contract term. For example, it may restrict a consultant from assisting direct competitors or, conversely, explicitly allow them to do so. The core function of this clause is to manage potential conflicts of interest and protect the business interests of the parties by setting clear boundaries on competitive activities.
