Provision and Receipt of Services. 1.1 Party A agrees to cause its Subsidiaries, as Service Provider, to provide related services to the Subsidiaries of Party B in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, while Party B agrees to cause its specified Subsidiaries, as Service Receiver, to receive such Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Meanwhile, Party B agrees to cause its Subsidiaries, as Service Provider, to provide related services to the Subsidiaries of Party A in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Party A agrees to cause its specified Subsidiaries, as Service Provider, to receive such Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.   • Payment of Services For courses taught at a High School facility utilizing High School teachers who are qualified by the Dallas College using Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) standards to teach college level courses, Dallas College shall pay as follows:

  • Authorization of Services a. The Contractor and its subcontractors shall have in place, and follow, written authorization policies and procedures. b. The Contractor shall have in effect mechanisms to ensure consistent application of review criteria for authorization decisions. c. The Contractor shall consult with the requesting provider for medical services when appropriate. d. Any decision to deny a service authorization request or to authorize a service in an amount, duration, or scope that is less than requested, shall be made by an individual who has appropriate expertise in addressing the beneficiary’s medical and behavioral health.

  • Provision of Services (a) The HSP will provide the Services in accordance with, and otherwise comply with: (1) the terms of this Agreement; (2) Applicable Law; and

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. We may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing. If we terminate this Agreement, we may notify any participating merchants making preauthorized debits or credits to any of your accounts that this Agreement has been terminated and that we will not accept any further preauthorized transaction instructions. We may also program our computer not to accept your card or access code for any EFT service. Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement for any electronic transactions made prior to termination.
