Provision for Third-Party Plan Service Providers. The Plan Administrator, subject to approval of the Employer, may employ the services of such persons, as it may deem necessary or desirable, in connection with the operation of the Plan, and may rely upon all tables, valuations, certificates, reports and opinions furnished thereby. Such entity will be identified in the SPD as a third party administrator. Unless otherwise provided in the service agreement, obligations under this Plan shall remain the obligation of the Employer.
