Common use of Provision of Additional Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Additional Services. If Tenant desires services in additional amounts or at different times than set forth in Section 8.2 above, or any other services that are not provided for in this Lease, Tenant shall make a request for such services to Landlord with such advance notice as Landlord may reasonably require. If Landlord provides such services to Tenant, which Landlord may determine in its sole and absolute discretion, Tenant shall pay Landlord’s charges for such services within fifteen (15) days after Tenant’s receipt of Landlord’s invoice.
