Common use of Provision of Additional Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Additional Services. If Tenant desires services in amounts additional to or at times different from those set forth in Section 8.2 above, or any other services that are not provided for in this Lease, Landlord shall provide such services, provided Landlord reserves the right to require that (a) Tenant make a request for such services to Landlord with such advance notice as Landlord may reasonably require, and (b) Tenant pay Landlord’s reasonable charges for such services.
