Provision of Copies Clause Samples

The 'Provision of Copies' clause requires one party to supply copies of certain documents or materials to the other party, typically upon request or at specified intervals. Provision of Copies. Distributor shall have the right to review any Registration Statement or Prospectus. Upon Distributor’s request, Insurer shall provide Distributor with a preliminary draft of any exemptive application or no-action request to be filed with the SEC in connection with the Contracts and/or, in the case of Variable Contracts, the related Separate Account. Insurer shall furnish Distributor with copies of any such material or amendment thereto, as filed with the SEC, promptly after the filing thereof, and any SEC communication or order with respect thereto, promptly after receipt thereof. Insurer shall maintain and keep on file in its principal executive office any file memoranda or any supplemental materials referred to in any such Registration Statement, Prospectus, exemptive application and no-action request and shall, as necessary, amend such memoranda or materials and shall provide or otherwise make available copies of such memoranda and materials to Distributor.
Provision of Copies. Promptly furnish to each seller of Registrable Securities the number of copies of such registration statement, each amendment and supplement thereto, the prospectus included in such registration statement (including each preliminary prospectus) and such other documents as such seller may reasonably request in order to facilitate the disposition of the Registrable Securities owned by such seller.
Provision of Copies. We will provide to RTA copies of all Records requested by RTA in a form and within a timeframe acceptable to RTA.

Provision of Copies. 27.3.1. The Concessionaire shall at the reasonable request of Transnet and at no cost to Transnet provide (on each such request) up to two copies of each Safety Management System Report, including any updated material relating thereto and all versions thereof. 27.3.2. All such documents and information submitted under this clause 27.3 shall be held by Transnet subject to the provisions of clause 56 (Confidentiality).

Provision of Copies. We will provide to RMS copies of all Records requested by RMS in a form and within a timeframe acceptable to RMS.
Provision of Copies. The employer shall provide to each Officer a copy of this Agreement, all special orders, general orders, training bulletins, City Personnel Policy, Police Department Op- erations Manual, Departmental Rules and Regulations, Penal Code, and traffic code updates, and applicable City ordinances.
