Common use of Provision of copies of communications Clause in Contracts

Provision of copies of communications. If the Lender shall so request in respect of an Owner, the Borrower shall procure that that Owner shall provide the Lender, at the time of each such communication, or as otherwise specified by the Lender, copies of all written communications which may be reasonably requested by the Lender, between that Owner and: (a) the approved brokers; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relates directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. If the Lender shall so request in respect of an Owner, the The Borrower shall (and to the extent applicable shall procure in all cases that that Owner shall any other Security Party or other entity if named as co-assured in the insurance policies will), if required by the Security Trustee, provide the LenderSecurity Trustee, at the time of each such communication, or as otherwise specified by the Lender, copies of all material written communications which may be reasonably requested by between the Lender, between that Owner Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relates relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s the Borrower's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner the Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

If the Lender Security Trustee shall so request in respect of an Owner, the Borrower shall procure that that Owner shall provide the LenderSecurity Trustee, at the time of each such communication, communication or as otherwise specified by the LenderSecurity Trustee, copies of all written communications which may be reasonably requested by the Lender, Security Trustee between that Owner and: (a) the approved brokers; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, ; which relates relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.
